Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unburned, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because this kit contains mugwort material and is intended for personal use, opened, used, or burned items cannot be returned, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a return without authorization.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
